Roof Cost & Estimate
Roofs are certainly a large investment. We will always be honest with you about that. Roofs cost money and, due to size, materials and labor involved, prices can either climb, or dip. We want to be sensitive to your budget and, f you are open with us about what you can afford, we can accurately suggest the best roofing type for your budgets. We also pride ourselves on offering the best prices around, so if you find a better price somewhere else, let us know and we will do everything we can to match and beat it.
Size is always one of the biggest factors in roofing price. Bigger roofs take more material, more labor and more time and, because of that, they will cost more. We work hard to be as efficient as we can; keeping labor and time costs as low as possible. However, large roofing projects will take more labor and more time, and there is simply nothing we can do about that. If you have a large roofing project, let us be your first call. We promise that we can offer competitive rates even for the biggest roofs out there.
Another major factor in determining your roofing cost is the materials that you choose to have installed. This choice is completely up to you and, depending on your budget, there are hundreds of options available to you. Standard shingles are the cheapest option, but even within that umbrella, there are several options to choose from. If you move up from there, ceramic roofs, green friendly roofs and metal roofs will all cost more. The great trade off with these roofing types though, is that they are often more durable, last longer and give a more beautiful, and modern, look to your home or commercial building.
The last major factor that will determine your roofing cost is the amount of labor that it will take to get your roof installed. Because we want to pay our laborers fair wages, the cost of your roof is directly related to the amount of time our laborers spend on your installation. If you want your installation done a faster timeline, we can add more laborers to your installation, but this will drive your cost up. If you are okay with having a standard timeline for installation, this is a really great way to keep your budget more in check.
We are always doing market research to keep our costs as low as we can. We routinely price materials and labor and do checks to make sure that what we are offering, is the industry leader. However, we are well aware that there will come certain times when competitors are offering specials. If this happens, please bring it to our attention. We will do everything we can to match their prices, while still giving you the service that you should expect from our company. We never want budget to be a roadblock to a new roof.
